1. Booking

Q: How to make a booking?
A: Please feel free to contact us at +6012-3521218 or by email. You can also contact us if you require any further information.
ii.
Q: How long in advance should I book my private car?
A: You can book any time before the pick-up time. However, to avoid the transport fully booked we encourage you to make your booking at least 2 days in advance.
iii.
Q: How long in advance that can I revise my travel schedule?
A: You can change your booking 24 hours before the pickup time. But the acceptances of the changes will depend on the days of availability of the drivers.
iv.
Q: When will I receive the driver’s details?
A: We will send SMS or Whatsapp to you about the driver’s details one day before departure.
2. Vehicle
i.
Q: What types of transport models do you have?
A: 6 seaters & 10 seaters MPV car, Mercedes Benz Luxury car, Mini Van & Coach. Different transport model will have different price, kindly refer to our website price list table or contact us for more details.
ii.
Q: Toyota Innova (For exp.)
A: 7 passengers w/o luggage / 5 passengers with 2 big size luggage / 4 passengers with 4 big size luggage + some hand carry.
iii.
Q: Hyundai Starex (For exp.)
A: 10 passengers w/o luggage / 5 passengers with 5 big size luggage + hand carry.
3. Price
i.
Q: All the prices listed for single trip or include return trip?
A: All the prices listed is for one way trip only.
ii.
Q: Price is for per vehicle or per person?
A: All the price is for per vehicle.
iii.
Q: Are there any hidden or surcharge fees?
A: All chargers are listed at the price table. There are no others changes for the trip unless you change your destination or add another pick up / drop off point.
iv.
Q: How much is the charge for the second pick-up / drop-off point?
A: Each second pick up / drop off point will cost SGD10 extra charge.
v.
Q: How do I pay for my hired private car?
A: Customer can pay through Paypal or Online transfer to our company Account.
4. Others
i.
Q: Do you only provide transfer service from Singapore to Johor Bahru?
A: Not only Singapore to Johor Bahru but the entire Malaysia.
ii.
Q: When crossing the borders in Singapore and Malaysia, should I get off the MPV car?
A: No, the MPV car passenger only sit in the car during the entire journey.
iii.
Q: Will I be sharing the vehicle with other passengers?
A: For private transfers you and your group will be sole occupants of the vehicle.
